Trax

Most backup programs will backup everything. Trax is good for doing a more fine-grained backup. Backing up just those files you absolutely can't afford to lose. E.g. No need to back up all the operating system files which can easily be reinstalled, but you'll want to save those configuration files which you've changed. |

Mavis is set of PHP scripts which integrate Subversion with Mantis.
Datamagic
Datamagic is a project to create a collection of useful web widgets which can be easily hosted in any environment which supports FastCGI. It was also (mainly?) an excuse to play with Mako templates.
